1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Praeparo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Praeparo provides workforce education programs on artificial intelligence risk awareness for regulated industries. The Service includes course content, assessments, and certificates of completion. Programs are delivered on an annual subscription basis.
3. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice
Praeparo programs provide workforce education on AI-related risks. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to HIPAA compliance. Organizations should consult qualified legal counsel for compliance determinations. Certificates of completion document that an individual completed the program; they do not certify regulatory compliance or professional licensure.
4. Accounts and Access
Access is granted via a per-seat or organizational subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account. Organizational administrators are responsible for managing the seats they purchase.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed annually through our payment processor. Access continues for the paid term and renews automatically unless cancelled. Certificates of completion reflect a validity period of one year from issuance. Pricing is current as of the date shown and is subject to change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and assessments are the property of Praeparo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without written permission. Completion certificates may be retained and shared by the individual recipient and their organization for documentation purposes.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share account access across individuals, circumvent assessment integrity, or use the Service in any unlawful manner. Each seat is intended for a single individual.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Praeparo does not warrant that the content is error-free or that it will meet any particular regulatory standard.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praeparo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Praeparo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
