Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account and enroll: your email address, name, and optionally your job title, organization, and department. We collect data about your progress through the course, your assessment scores, and your certificate records. Payment is processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Service, track and document your course completion, issue certificates, process payment, and send service communications. As part of your enrollment, we send quarterly AI update briefings to your email address; you may opt out of these at any time from your dashboard.

Organizational Administrators

If you join through an organization, your administrator can see your course progress, assessment completion status, and certificate number for the purpose of managing their team's training. They cannot see your individual assessment answers.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as our hosting, email, and payment providers), and as required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Access to the platform is secured via email-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account and completion records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide documentation of training completion. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your Choices

You may opt out of quarterly update emails from your dashboard. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
